New and improved
Wow so much time has gone by since I have posted. I guess I kinda got so caught up in life, that I forgot what it was like to login and keep posting. So cheers to a new post and a new beginning. We are going to start fresh for a new improved me.
Sooo by now you are asking yourself what have you missed? What is new at this point. More specifically where should I begin? Well this past February I got engaged! I am engaged to a man I never thought I would be getting married to.
A little bit more about things. This particular paragraph is going to be about my new little family. See when I said yes to the love of my life, I didn't just say yes to him. I said yes to my step-daughter Tashlynn and my step-son Ashton. However in our little family we don't like to use steps. They are my son and daughter just as if they were my own, Carter even calls them his brother and sister. He is very excited to have them in his life.
Now moving on to another topic: School.... Ah yes, the dreaded school that most people in our generation as come to dislike with a passion. You see for a time there I dropped out of school. At the time I cared more about being with Chris than I did being in school. Not anymore. Chris and I are no longer together and this June I am actually about to celebrate my 3rd year with my fiance Jeff. Jeff has encouraged me to go back to school, where I have recently changed my major to psychology instead of nursing. I am taking a few business classes as well, as I intend to open up my own family practice when I have enough experience. Jeff will be my business side of things as he very knowledgeable when it comes to numbers. I can get numbers, but math? Ha you must be joking.
Rumor has it that if I get this figured out soon enough with school I will be transferring to Dixie State University to proceed with my bachelors degree. EEEK.
For now I will end this post with a smile that will make you grin. Happy birthday to my 8 year old son Ashton who celebrated his birthday on Cinco De Mayo.
